Refund Policy

1. Deposit Policy

To secure your surgical date and luxury arrangements, a non-refundable administrative deposit is required. This deposit covers clinical scheduling, hotel block reservations, and initial translation services.

2. Cancellation Windows

Refunds for the remaining balance of your package are subject to the following windows:

  • 30+ Days Before Procedure: Full refund of the package balance (excluding deposit).
  • 14-30 Days Before Procedure: 50% refund of the package balance.
  • Less than 14 Days Before Procedure: No refund possible due to clinic and hotel penalties.

3. Medical Contraindications

In the rare event that your surgeon decides you are unfit for surgery upon arrival due to undisclosed medical conditions, the cost of already provided services (hotel, transport, initial tests) will be deducted from your refund.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Stripe/Credit Card) within 7-10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

5. Force Majeure

Luxora is not liable for refunds resulting from flight cancellations, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance to cover these risks.
